Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerinquiry@truthaffirmations.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. Damage merchandise can be exchanged promptly for a full refund.
There is no cost to return your purchase.

After contacting us to initiate a return, you will receive a return label that you can download and print. Returns are made via mail.
There is no restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or as a result of customer remorse.

Exchanges

The fastest way to initiate an exchange is to return the original item that you purchased and make a separate purchase for the new desired item. The original item will be refunded back to your original form of payment once received.
