Our products are based on average US sizing.  If an item runs large or small, it will be indicated as such in the product description.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

We utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship products. Although we do not offer expedited shipping at this time, our carriers are committed to rapid delivery of your purchase.

Orders from our store usually take 1-2 days to prepare and ship within 3-4 business days (Mon-Fri).

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, contact us at customerinquiry@truthaffirmations.com and provide your reason for return, order number, and item(s) being returned. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When you receive your return shipping label, take note of the tracking number. You will be able to use the tracking number to monitor your package as it is in transit to us. Once we receive your package, you will receive an email noting it’s receipt and review. If approved, you will receive an email detailing your refund amount.

Once we have received and inspected
your return, you will receive an email to the email address provided with next
steps.  If approved, you will receive a
refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
